I know. You don't have to point out to me that I've had about 20 "Week Two"'s since I started this blog a few years ago. But this is my last Week Two, I swear!
This was my first full week on Chris Powell's 7 Day Carb Cycle Solution and I lost 1 pound. I'm perfectly happy with the 1 pound because I'm sure it's real fat now, not just water weight. Plus, I'm kind of bloaty this week, so to be down one pound while up one bra size is a super win-win!! (yay)
I've eaten more this week than I think I ever have in my life, I haven't broken/changed/made up my own rules (much), and I haven't used a free day, instead I had wine with dinner a couple of nights (and for dessert).
It's only been 10 days, but I'm counting this as week two, so here are the updated stats:
Starting Weight: 167.5
Cycle Week 1: 164
Cycle Week 2: 163
Goal Weight: 145
Total Pounds Lost: 4.5 (in case you're as good at math as I am)
