And I hate it! It doesn't feel like "me". I'm chalking it up to hormones.
I'm so ready to be 10-20 or 30 pounds lighter. Like, right NOW. Last week was not a good week. I didn't even bother "weighing in" (Ok, I did. But the results are not noteworthy).
In case you're wondering, I didn't post anything on Friday because I was too busy crying and eating corn chips. And the party just continued right into the weekend....and a little bit this morning.
But it's a new week! it's always a new week, isn't it?

Don't feel bad Eline! From the looks of it, you have been making great progress (remember, three for three!). I know how you feel- I am also ready to be lighter and more fit, but if I wait until then to be happy, then I am sure that in the meantime I will find something else to gripe about :)
For now I will be working to rid myself of an ample layer of ahem, 'winter fat', and trying to be happy about it, dammit!

You are so right Renata! This week is much better. I think it was my once a month melt down! We can do this and be happy at the same time....it just takes some attitude adjusting from time to time. Lol!
