"Keep doing exactly what you're doing."
That's what the Weight Watchers on line weight tracker told me. That's what I want to see each week. Sure, it was only a .5 pound this week, not as much as the first week, but at least I'm moving in the right direction.
I started running again this week! I'm doing the Couch to 5K interval training program. The same one that I used to start training for the half marathon in 2010. I've run twice now, my third run is tomorrow and I am rewarding myself with new running shoes today!
I'm going to be on vacation now for a week and my goal is to NOT come back 5 pounds heavier, but actually at least another .5 pound lighter. We'll see. I'm bringing my running shoes!
