Getting There...This Time. For Real.

I just remembered something....when I started this blog a few years ago, I lost the most weight in that first month or so when I was using basic math (calories in vs. calories out). And here I am doing it again after two years of trying a multitude of different programs. There's Weight Watchers (which I still believe works), Carb Cycling, pretending to be a French person, a Mediteranean person, a Japanese person, someone who eats mainly meat, alternating with 'Clean Eating', fasitng with lemon juice and Cayenne Pepper, and who knows what else?

So I'm back to just basic math. And loving the 'Lose It!' App!

Starting Weight: 168.5
Week 1: 165
Week 2: 163.5

I changed my goal to 150. It was 140, then 145, then 148. The "140's" are mostly just a psychological number. I'm over it.

I think I can, I think I can!!
